How does it work?

- You will receive the voucher automatically by e-mail.
- Print out the voucher and give it to your loved ones - it's that easy!
How long do I have to wait to receive the voucher?
The voucher will be automatically sent to your email address in PDF format. This takes only a few minutes. Now you just have to print the voucher and give it away!
Of course, you can also give the voucher received by WhatsApp or email.
Please note: The voucher will not be shipped immediately if you pay in advance/by bank transfer, as we have to wait for the payment to arrive first. If you are in a hurry, please complete the payment by credit card.
What amounts are available?
We have vouchers with the following values: 50€, 75€, 100€, 200€, 250€ and 500€.
If you would like a different amount, please send us a quick email and we will be happy to add the amount you request.
Can I also have you print out the voucher and pick it up or send it to my home by mail?
Of course, write us an email after the purchase and we will be happy to print the voucher or send it to you by mail. This will not incur any additional costs.
Where is the voucher redeemable?
The voucher is redeemable in all V. Gasser branches in Bruneck and Sand in Taufers and in our online store.
