Watchmaker workshop
Our watchmaker workshop in Bruneck has stood for service quality for years. Through our many years of experience, we can competently and quickly process timepieces of all brands and all types.
Is a service necessary?
A watch is a precision mechanical device and should function precisely. To keep your watch running smoothly, proper maintenance is extremely important. We recommend an overhaul for mechanical watches every three to five years, during which the watch is disassembled, cleaned, oiled, reassembled and adjusted.
When does a clock stop? Right, usually at the most inopportune moment. For this reason, we offer a simple and quick change of the watch battery in all our outlets.
Water resistance of a watch case is not a permanent property. Natural aging of the glass, crown and gasket, as well as wear and improper stress, will affect this valuable property of any watch. A water resistance test is therefore highly recommended after a battery change or revision.
The procedure of a watch repair
1. visit us in one of our stores and bring your timepiece with you so that we can examine the watch. It doesn't matter if the watch has damage to the crystal, a hand is loose, or the watch simply stops running. We will carefully examine the watch so that the fault can be found and fixed.
2. after completed preliminary inspection and diagnosis, we will provide you with a no-obligation cost estimate including all necessary and recommended repairs.
3. the watch will be handled by our master watchmakers according to the estimate. After service is completed, the timepiece will undergo a thorough final inspection to guarantee perfect function.
4. after the repair work is completed, we will notify you and the watch can be picked up again.
