Of course. Feel free to contact us if you would like to receive more photos of one or more models. It may happen that photos of the original packaging or accessories are missing. Please contact us also in this case and we will send you the photos as soon as possible.

You can also come to our store and see the watch on the spot.  

You can find our main store in the heart of Bruneck, directly in Stadtgasse 44a. Right next door is our Swatch/Silver Jewelry store, where you can find watches and jewelry in the entry-level price segment. In the Tubris-Center in Sand in Taufers you will find our third store.

NOS (New-Old-Stock) refers to unworn watches from old stock. Due to the age of some watches it may happen that the original accessories of the watch no longer exist. In this case, however, you will of course receive a neutral watch box for your timepiece.

Security when buying online is our highest priority. For this reason, we use the most secure payment providers and only ship insured via UPS.

We accept the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, bank transfer (prepayment), Bancontact and iDEAL. There are no additional fees for you.

Your order is usually shipped within 1-2 days after payment is received. For card payments, the receipt is immediate. We process orders during our opening hours from Monday to Saturday. Please note any public holidays that may apply in Italy or South Tyrol.

You will receive an email with tracking number from us once your order has been shipped. Normally we ship with UPS and the delivery should arrive in 3-5 days. With the shipment number you can track your order.

We ship worldwide. If your country is not available for selection in the payment process, please feel free to contact us.

When shipping to other EU countries, there may be additional costs. There may be additional costs due to taxes, customs or costs in the transfer of money.
